      A Brief Overview

      Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Associate to research, develop, proofread, and edit content for a range of media platforms. This role provides broad communication support, including managing the creation of social media, editorial and website content.

      The ideal candidate is passionate about social media marketing, has a strong editorial eye and interest in design, and is eager to collaborate and learn.



      What you will do

      • Assist Talent Acquisition’s Recruitment Marketing Manager in producing social media content that generates interest in careers at CHOP (including for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).

      • Support the Talent Acquisition team in their social media efforts (equipping recruitment specialists with content and tips to improve our candidate experience).

      • Research emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices to grow our reach.

      • Monitor and offer recommendations to improve social media performance and audience sentiment.

      • Draft, review, and/or edit marketing collateral (i.e. career event flyers) and pitch multimedia campaigns and ideas that align with CHOP’s Breakthrough Maker brand.

      • Conduct interviews with exceptional CHOP employees and brainstorm new ways to tell their stories.

      • Support the development of new marketing initiatives (i.e. careers blog, Day in the Life clips).

      • Collaborate with teams across CHOP to promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to our internal community.

      • Be on-site to gather photo and video content as needed.

      Education Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree required

      Experience Qualifications

      • At least two (2) years related communications experience required

      • At least four (4) years related communications experience preferred

      • Healthcare related environment preferred

      • Professional writing referred

      Skills and Abilities

      • Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

      • Strong time management skills

      • Strong organizational skills

      • Solid professional writing skills

      • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
