What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement effective job board sponsorship strategies to drive candidate engagement
- Manage and execute recruitment paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media
- Craft compelling job descriptions and ensure employer brand alignment across candidate touchpoints
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and share best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns and job board strategies
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
