- Manage the full cycle of headhunting & sourcing: identify customer-centric profiles, source, interview and recruit our talents of tomorrow.
- You make sure by connecting with all relevant stakeholders that the talents will be followed up throughout the whole process.
- Implementing and optimizing qualitative recruitment tools and selection processes in the stores.
- Ensure and monitor the quality of recruitment planning and recruiters in store through training, coaching and support.
- Monitor, analyze and use the best recruitment channels to find the right profiles.
- Manage H&M's career website and recruitment platform.
- Use and build metrics to analyze recruitment data & identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure H&M's image as an employer, both internally and externally, by developing proactive initiatives that will engage with our talented colleagues and attract candidates-future talent.
- Plan and implement recruitment campaigns- and events.
- Develop network of external partners and schools to promote H&M as an employer and attract the talents of today and tomorrow.
- Demonstrated background in recruitment - minimum 5 years’ experience. Background in (fashion) retail is a plus.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
- Strong digital skills and knowledge
- Analytical – familiar to work with and build KPIs -data driven and solution oriented
- Innovative and a do- attitude
- Have experience with Linkedin Recruiter is a must have
- Languages: fluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and oral communication.

Job Description
As Recruitment Responsible, you will support the talent acquisition agenda and goals being implemented in the business. You will actively contribute to fulfill the recruitment needs by working in close collaboration with our Area HR managers. You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that our recruitment strategy is executed in the most effective and efficient way. You ensure a flawless follow-up of the recruitment needs based on KPIs. You are part of the HR team and report to the Country HR Manager.
