- Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices to improve the recruitment process
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Creative and strategic mindset with an interest in growing within recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience sourcing for clinical roles, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Respiratory Therapists (RRT), Physical Therapists (PTs), and other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn is preferred
Overview
A Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is a vital team member responsible for sourcing top talent in the healthcare field, supporting our recruitment team in filling critical roles within our organization. The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and various other tools to identify and engage prospective candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals for our recruitment team to assess further. The role requires a keen eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
This position is a six month contract opportunity, with the opportunity to be extended.
Our team works a hybrid schedule of two days onsite, three days remote.
