What will you do?
Effective support to Sales Force Management in order to recruit quality sales people
What will make you successful in this role?
Ensure recruitment is in alignment with the ELM (Entry Level Market) business needs, strategy and manpower
Achieve advisor staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing branch advisor allocations; advisor transfers; advising managers on training and providing training for managers
Build applicants sources by placing vacancy adverts on website/MWS, social media, engaging tertiary institutions, career seminars in different regions, referral program, attract and re-employ top performers, providing the organisations information on the website block, making presentations
Select, conduct online assessment and Interview external candidates, face to face or via teams, from start to finish of the recruitment process
Collaborate and work in conjunction with Brokerage Manager, Agency Manager, Broker Relationship Manager, Branch Manager & Sales Manager
Coach Managers on interviewing techniques, providing interview skills, headhunting techniques
Maintain effective relationship with stakeholder Namfisa (long term insurance license for Advisors)
Evaluate sales contracts on an annual basis(Advisors) to align with Group’s strategy as well as the Namibian Market
Effective organisation of documentation (record keeping/employee contracts/personal documents)
Manager brokerage Manpower registers/ creating broker and brokerage codes for commission purpose
Effective capturing of all relevant (manpower) information on TE system and employee code creation/TE maintenance
Ensure effective processing of various employee benefits, that the advisor value proposition are current and lucrative
Develop, revise and implement an effective recruitment process (continues process improvement)
Market employee brand and manage candidate experience
Liaise with training department and Head of Agency, with regards to induction information for advisors
Create brochure content for AVP (Advisors Value Proposition) and Sanlam website block
Ensure the practice of and promote fair labour operationsQualification and Experience
Grade 12 or Equivalent.
Further tertiary studies will be an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Human Resources environment and financial services sector.Knowledge and Skills
Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). An additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage
Computer Literate (MS Office Package)
