Job Description
- Req#: 2440139
- Stock product – work back stock and orders, pulling shelf product forward, and re-working displays.
- Rotate product – move older product to higher moving displays if necessary
- Customer liaison – must be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales team, warehouse and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and service all locations in the account ranging from displays, warm shelves, cold shelves, racks, barrels, and coolers.
- Fill out paperwork and take surveys documenting the visit before leaving the store
- Follow the logistical/relationship sales system
- Identifying and securing new account opportunities
- Implementing display/promo/shelf space programs
- Ensuring compliance to corporate plans/projects
- Plans and completes an efficient delivery route for the day.
- Delivers products to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
- Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
- Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Assist in delivering coolers and building displays as needed
- Deliver pre-invoiced product
- Meet a park out salesperson with needed product
- Reset a store by following the planogram
- Holiday route help as needed.
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED is a must. College degree or working towards, preferred.·
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, valid vehicle insurance.·
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Physical, Strength Test and Background Check.
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. overhead periodically.
- Squatting, bending, reaching, walking at least 8 hours/day
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must tolerate working in an environment with inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures.
- Noise level in work environment is generally moderate to high.

Voss Distributing is excited to bring back our HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL summer Wingman program. As soon as you can, we will get you in here and making money for the summer, and this job will take you all the way back to school (or end of August, whichever comes first).
WHAT WE OFFER
- A Monday- Friday 6 am- 3pm schedule (40-45 hours a week)
- $17.50/hour (If you work for 15 weeks, you could clear $10k+!)

SCOPE:
1. Ride with a seasoned Area Sales Manager to develop sales skills.
2. Independently set up customer promotions and merchandise product.
3. Provide relief delivery for Area Sales Manager on vacation.
DAY-T0-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
No two days will be the same, and you will work with your manager to determine your tasks for the day, but there are three key areas for this position.
Merchandising:
Some days you will be assigned accounts to merchandise. Merchandisers properly rotate all product while filling every location to its capacity with back stock. The merchandiser will interact with store managers respectfully and will check in with each store when arriving and leaving.
Sales & Delivery:
Some days you will be assigned routes to cover, an ASM to work with or some accounts to make sales to.
Special Projects:
Some days you will be assigned special projects that best help the sales team. These special projects include but are not limited to:
