- You will implement the group-wide roll-out of the internal control system (ICS) in the GEA Group.
- Furthermore, you will provide support and advice to the operating divisions and their subsidiaries in the following areas:
- You will create ICS training documents and conduct ICS training courses and local workshops.
- You will work with us to develop and optimise management dashboards for the top management.
- Completed studies in economics or comparable fields of study
- Several years of professional experience in the area of internal control systems (ICS), internal auditing in large international corporations or at auditing/consulting firms
- Experience in the implementation and optimisation of a group-wide ICS
- Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension and structured way of working
- Committed, team-orientated with a high level of self-motivation
- Intercultural competence paired with strong communication skills and determination
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities / Tasks
The GEA Group, based in Düsseldorf, is a leading global technology company specialising in process technology and components for high-performance production processes in various industries.
To strengthen our team at the Group headquarters, we are looking for an Internal Control System (ICS) Manager (m/f/d).
You will support the roll-out of the ICS structure and process organisation in the relevant companies of the GEA Group, as well as the training and further education of the ICS community in the establishment and maintenance of a local ICS.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. identification and assessment of risks in the business processes,
2. implementing and monitoring internal controls and
3. the implementation of agreed measures to eliminate control weaknesses
