Patient Financial Services Referral and Pre-Authorization Clerk working full-time 40 hours per week: 8am-4:30pm hybrid position working remote after training.

Description: The Referral and Pre-Authorization Clerk is responsible for compiling itemized hospital bills, verifying patient insurance coverage and computing patient insurance benefits. Works closely with the Admitting Office, Medical Records and physicians' office staff. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
