- Centralize projects and build pipeline to increase performance over the next 5 years, integrated with the existing climate journey linking zones, businesses, procurement plans in a central ingredient specific regenerative agriculture plan.
- Build links between teams, partners and existing initiatives, master the guidance’s and reporting tools, the rules around Net Zero and Regenerative Agriculture (Net Zero Services Hub, Corporate Sustainable Agriculture Development, Procurement, Responsible Sourcing) and co-create category specific requirements where needed.
- Perform standards and programs benchmarking exercise against our internal Regenerative agriculture rules where relevant.
- Upgrade climate projects to regenerative agriculture level where possible to match with Regenerative Agriculture KPI reporting guidelines.
- Lead on the big bet projects and organize, train the Procurement Division/ Sustainability Acceleration Team for the remaining scale up with strategic suppliers.
- Investigate collaborative/co-financing large scale opportunities for the ingredient in strategic origins.
- Monitor project progress, quality and overall roadmap deployment. Master internal project management tools (e.g. Service Now).
- Report on the annual Regenerative Agriculture KPI for the ingredient.
- Demonstrated expertise on sustainable agriculture in tropical context (+temperate), environmental sciences, nature-based solutions.
- Confirmed experience in implementing a multistakeholder project or strategy successfully, and/or strong track record in managing complex projects at a global scale.
- Theoretical & practical know-how in supplier management and agricultural operations. Field experience and passion for nature. Willingness to travel to field on occasion and meet with stakeholders.
- Assertive, can-do attitude
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, data management tools.
- Fluent English speaker, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

As a Regenerative Agriculture Co-Pilot - Sugar, you will create, lead and deploy the Global Regenerative Agriculture 2030 strategy and roadmap for the sugar category, as part of Nestle’s Net Zero commitment. Specifically, you will lead the strategic planning and provide operational support to deploy the roadmap linked to sugarcane and sugar beet ingredients.
