What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new customer leads for dealers by making sales calls to end-users
- Support dealers with equipment demonstrations and participate in trade shows and open houses
- Maintain and report on sales activities and customer portfolio using Salesforce.com
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with prioritized end-users to build relationships
- Manage dealer database and document all activities related to customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter with good business acumen and strong selling skills
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally and ability to conduct seminars and evaluations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Salesforce.com (web and mobile versions)
- Experience in conducting extensive building evaluations and recommending equipment
