Job Description

- Provide full cover to AMPs on Customer Sites across Ireland
- Develop and improve Customer relationships while providing cover
- Support the wider AMP team for Value-Add projects and on-going improvements.
- Take the lead on new RAAMP account implementation
- Provide Training and Mentoring to AMPs
- Liaise with RAAMP Manager on a weekly basis and help identify LCS projects to focus on
- On site professional management of maintenance, repair and operations
- Develop BDT, Share-point, Power BI when not covering leave
- Providing a single point of contact for maintenance repairs and asset tracking.
- Storeroom Support; managing its reorganization in partnership with the AMP and customer. Analyze high turnovers and identify fixes
- Providing migration, rationalization and standardization strategies to drive down MRO inventory asset value.
- Supporting productivity improvements through timely delivery of parts to the maintenance teams, whilst providing an overall lower total cost of ownership.
- Providing monthly financial reports while covering
- Work with the AMPs to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for their accounts.
- Work with client departments including plant management, maintenance, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify and formulate efficiency plans for maintenance.
- Deliver Administrative support, including site audits, for the RAAMP accounts and personnel.
- BSc or BEng Hons Degree in Engineering and/or over 7 years experience in the Elec / Mech / Maintenance Engineering / Storeroom management fields. CMMS experience a factor.
- Project Management experience is also of great benefit to the role.
- Must possess high degree of computer literacy,
- Ability to work on own initiative is a fundamental requirement.

Job Description
This position is primarily a support role for the LCS RAAMP team. You will provide Customer Site cover to Asset Management Professionals during leave and periods of illness. Support will involve being embedded on a customer site and play a key role in helping the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Rockwell Automation has an excellent reputation for developing a strategic maintenance approach which can also directly impact the efficiency of the maintenance department. You will be reporting to RAAMP Delivery Manager.
