- Train, mentor, and provide regular guidance to Clinical Leads and BCBAs in assigned region
- Partner with Regional Vice President and HR Partner to ensure all clinical needs of the region are being met
- Partner with local teams to ensure success of de novo centers and home location growth
- Working with the local teams, support clinical onboarding of providers
- Host regular collaboration events for providers to promote learning and cultural growth
- Assist Clinical Leads in working with families and BCBAs towards successful adherence to effective treatment plans
- Focus on a company-wide operational initiative based on one's unique strengths
- Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting of clinical progress in the region
- Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA license and any state required licensure, or ability to get state required licensure
- Demonstrated skills and experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
- LBA credential (or eligible) in New York State and New Jersey
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- At least three years' experience as a BCBA
