Job Description

- Provide training, coaching, and support to improve patient management, efficiency and personal time management of clinical teammates
- Work to meet teammates’ training needs to enhance customer service and problem-solving skills
- Work alongside Office Managers and Regional Director of Operations to create clinical action plans for areas in need of improvement
- Will need to attend monthly/quarterly meetings to help drive performance, consistency within compliance and standard operating procedures.
- Quarterly Inventory Check as well as approval process of all dental orders placed through our vendors.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
- At least one year of leadership or training in dental capacity
- Familiar with modern training methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced training preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
- Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry, optometry, or orthodontics

Location: Kansas Region
Pay Range: From $55,000 and up to $65,000 annually Very Experienced, Well-Qualified Professionals
