Job Description

- Develop, implement, and execute a data-driven perspective on sales expectations, inventory levels, and competitive market dynamics
- Develop and produce effective monthly forecast reports, across all product groups in geographical scope, as part of global SI&OP
- Optimize demand planning flow in the region. Monitor and eliminate inefficiencies in processes and systems.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and newly acquired install base
- Coordinate the planning cycle to ensure internal alignment on forecasts, inventory targets, and optimization
- Work collaboratively with Operations to identify supply gaps and solutions to minimize inventory issues
- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or supply planning
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: aftermarket parts sales, parts operations, forecasting, demand planning, parts distribution, inventory management, supply chain
- Understanding of demand planning practices such as forecast accuracy ad forecast bias
- Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational
- Rapid and thorough independent decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and process partners
Regional Demand Planner

To leverage our operational efficiency and increase the customer experience within our sales region (Europe, Central Asia, and North Africa), we will be looking for a structured and result-oriented Regional Demand Planner for our mining business.
As the Regional Demand Planner for Europe, Central Asia, and North Africa you will be responsible for developing the newly established demand planner function within the region as well as you will be a key stakeholder in rolling out our global SIOP process governance, policies and processes.
To ensure a high customer experience, you will be in daily contact with our regional sales managers, order execution teams, and supply chain organization.

Your responsibilities
Your work location is at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen or Chennai, India and you can anticipate having 10-30 travel days a year.
