      Eastman Performance Films Business is a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of window and paint protection films, with a portfolio of industry-leading professional and consumer brands and product lines, including LLumar® and SunTek®.

      Role Profile


      We are seeking a strategic and motivated individual to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India Subcontinent). This person will create and drive innovative digital marketing plans to reach consumers online, meet customer (dealer and distributor) requirements, and align with brand and segment strategies, ultimately to achieve the Company’s growth targets.

      In this position, you will report to the MarCom & Digital Marketing Leader for the Americas & EMEA, based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. You will be an integral part of the Performance Films digital marketing team, having daily interaction with the regional team in EMEA as well as regular interaction with the broader marketing team members across the globe.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with marketing and segment leadership to deliver integrated digital marketing plans that are differentiated based on brand insights, leveraging paid/owned/earned channels, and designed to achieve business objectives.
      • Lead the execution of digital marketing plans, working closely with regional and global marketing team members and any 3rd party agencies.
      • Establish and monitor metrics to track performance; establish the cadence to review, assess, and report on external trends and competitors; and recommend strategies to improve and optimize.
      • Observe industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help evolve and optimize our digital marketing strategies within the regions.
      • Evaluate emerging tools, channels, and solutions, and identify new opportunities to create successful campaigns and activations to achieve desired business results.
      • Help increase education and awareness of digital marketing best practices within the region.
      • Maximize efficiencies and synergies by leveraging the rest of the global Performance Films marketing team for best practice sharing, benchmarking, alignment on strategy and activation, asset sharing, and collaborative innovation.
      • Manage the EMEA digital marketing budget, including monthly projections and timely reconciliation of actuals.

      Core Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. May consider other degrees with significant, directly relevant experience.
      • 3-5 years marketing and/or communications experience, with emphasis in Digital Marketing.
      • Hands-on experience creating and executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns.
      • Understanding of paid digital media effectiveness.
      • Experience with marketing automation, pay per click campaigns, and lead generation/nurturing.
      • Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to manage outside agency relationships and to provide clear, concise feedback and guidance.
      • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to be proactive and resourceful, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Global content marketing experience is a plus.
      • Experience with any or all the following platforms is preferred: Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
      • Based in Europe or the Middle East.
      • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
