      Digital Marketing Specialist

      ESP-Mataró (Barcelona)

      As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be in charge of executing the digital marketing strategy & initiatives for HARTMANN Region 2 countries (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa).

      Responsibilities :

        • Support in launching and mainteinance of products & digital assets platforms
        • Project Management of Digital Platforms Projects according to R2 countries launch plans
        • Website Mainteinance and updates using Sitecore CMS
        • E-Mail Marketing & Marketing Automation journeys setup, tracking and optimisation with an omnichannel approach
        • Digital Advertisement Campaigns setup, tracking and optimisation (Google, Social Media, Programmatic, etc.)
        • Social Media Management: Content creation, posts scheduling & posting and community management for both B2B & B2C channels
        • Executing digital activities to boost projects and campaigns performance from awareness to conversion, focusing in generation of monetisation and or efficiency via Digital initiatives
        • Digital Analytics: executing and collaborating in the generation of reports and dashboards in internal and external platforms
        • Executing SEO Initiatives and supervising Performance

      Requirements :

        • A bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in digital marketing would be desirable.
        • At least 5 years of related experience in Digital Marketing and preferably Health Industry Background
        • Training or certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
        • In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, particularly GDPR and other relevant regulations.
        • Experience implementing data protection policies and ensuring adherence in digital marketing activities.
        • Proven experience working with sensitive data and managing customer or consumer databases.
        • Proficient in oral and written English. Italian, French and Dutch would be an advantage.
        • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
