- Complies with all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies.
- Able to travel weekly to campuses within the region.
- Ensure that all Directors of Admissions adhere to IEC policies and procedures.
- Train, develop, coach and mentor Directors of Admissions.
- Partner with Irvine Support Team and Campus Presidents/Executive Directors to ensure adequate staffing needs and advertising.
- Oversee advertising with Irvine Support Team to ensure steady lead flow for campuses.
- Analyze campus conversion rates and develop appropriate training sessions for corrective action.
- Provide guidance, leadership and support to campuses to ensure effective achievement of admissions operational objectives and recruitment goals.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of admissions reports and paperwork.
- Facilitate weekly regional team conference calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Effective management, leadership and organizational skills in a campus setting.
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campus conversions, analyzing rep and DOA performance, and continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
- 2-3 years of proven admissions and marketing management background in proprietary education.
- Must have experience managing Admissions in multiple sites.
- Must have experience in recruiting, hiring, training and managing DOA’s.
- English will be the primary language used; bilingual abilities useful but not required.

We are looking for a Regional Director of Admissions to join our team to support our United Education Institute campuses in Texas, New Mexico and Georgia.. This on site (not remote) position will work out of one of our United Education Institute campuses and includes travel as needed.
The Regional Director of Admissions is responsible for the training and development of the Region’s Admissions teams, providing guidance and leadership related to meeting and/or exceeding campus and regional selection and enrollment goals. Additional responsibilities include territory management of marketing, campus conversions, staffing, enrollments and starts. This position will be instrumental in providing feedback to Campus Presidents/Executive Directors, developing best practices within admissions, admissions operations, and successful integration of processes to admissions personnel within their region.
