      Dove Healthcare, a senior living and healthcare company in Wisconsin with a strong history of growth and innovation, is seeking a regional director of operations.

      As a regional director of operations, you will work under the direction and support of our Vice President of Operations to lead an experienced executive and regional leadership team with 11 skilled nursing facilities, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes. In addition, you will:

      • oversee the successful operation of regional Dove Healthcare locations
      • manage and lead industry best practice strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
      • support leadership and employee development in providing exceptional quality care
      • guide the development and implementation of long-term and short-term strategies
      • pursue opportunities to enhance or add specialties that support Dove Healthcare initiatives
      • coordinate and lead executive leadership meetings
      • serve as interim administrator when needed

      Required Qualifications

      • current Wisconsin nursing home administrator license
      • 5 years of previous post-acute and long-term care experience, with at least 3 years in a director of operations capacity
      • comprehensive knowledge of post-acute and long-term care operations, including regulatory, finance, and human resources
      • thorough knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations
      • evidence of leadership, creativity, integrity, and initiative
      • effective problem solving and communication skills
      • strong organizational skills
      • travel throughout Wisconsin - regional oversite could include travel to Barron, Chippewa, Columbia, Douglas, Eau Claire, Grant, Polk, and/or Trempealeau counties
