- Provide leadership and strategic oversight to multiple nursing home facilities within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Drive quality improvement, census growth, and financial performance.
- Support and develop facility leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Analyze operational data and implement performance-improving initiatives.
- Serve as the liaison between corporate leadership and facility teams.
- Proven experience in a regional leadership role within long-term care/skilled nursing.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Ohio region.
