What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed cosmetology license required
- 5+ years of experience in education within the beauty industry
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the designated territory
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
- Strong organization and prioritization skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience in the hair care category
- Knowledge of personal care industry trends
