What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct the facilities operations of apartment communities, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Complete service requests and assist in supervising maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs
- Monitor daily completion of service requests and assist in developing action plans for improvement
- Conduct inspections of grounds and buildings to maintain excellent curb appeal and minimize liability
- Manage maintenance supply inventory and assist with budget preparations for onsite facilities teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years’ experience in multi-family maintenance
- EPA 608 Type II certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be willing to travel 95% of the time and live near a major airport hub
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required, along with the ability to rent a car
