      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide overall facility management services, ensuring continuous monitoring of office/facility
      - Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution
      - Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment
      - Manage complex work orders, including environmental issues and disaster recovery
      - Assist in monitoring and assessing vendor performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility management or a related field
      - Strong communication skills for frequent interaction with clients, landlords, and vendors
      - Ability to create and manage work orders and assess vendor performance
      - Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
      - Proficiency in documenting communication and reporting performance indicators

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing service and performance of vendors and landlords
      - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in facility management
      - Previous experience in customer service roles
      - Ability to coordinate special events and training for new associates
