      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Visit assigned facilities to collect designated medical devices in proper containers
      - Coordinate the packing and shipment of reprocessed medical devices
      - Maintain accurate records of collection container locations throughout facilities
      - Provide support during in-service sessions as directed by the Account Manager
      - Ensure program supplies are stocked and distributed as needed within the facility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED preferred
      - Residence within a reasonable commute to Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airport
      - Ability to travel locally 100% of the time within the Northeastern region
      - Capable of regularly lifting at least 30 pounds as part of daily tasks
      - Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Good communication skills, particularly verbal communication
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to begin work at an early hour (i.e., 6 AM) to align with facility staff schedules
      - Self-initiative and dependability to perform the job independently
      - Credentialing at the highest level to access required rooms within facilities
