Excellent academic profile: Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, accounting or any other related degree which has a Finance major or speciality, CFA / MBA/ CIMA preferred
Between 1 and 2 years of working experience with a focus in Finance, Healthcare Industry, consumer goods, Tech or Consulting with an exposure to projects related to innovation in digital or advanced analytics technologies
Have a structured problem-solving and strategic analytical and agility skills
Simplifying complex information into clear, synthesized insights as basis for decision making at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and influencing skills which enable collaboration in local and global networks
Be passionate about financial modeling, investment valuation and trade-off analysis
Be passionate about driving adoption of new technologies, including AI, machine learning and RPA to provide financial transparency, drive productivity and derive insights
Be comfortable collaborating in self-managed, cross-functional teams
Be a team player and your personal qualities match our values of integrity, passion and courage
Have a global mindset and think beyond boundaries with a high degree of regional/global mobility during and after the program
Good English level is necessary; a willingness to learn other languages would be an asset
Show strong leadership potential and have the ambition to take on a leadership position in finance in the near future
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and foster a culture of business innovation

The Position
Utilizes, synthesizes and integrates data to form insights that guide our results and strategies, and helps decision makers understand the landscape we work in and identify additional financial value-adding opportunities. Provides analytics and insights, resource allocation models and financial modelling tools. Enables Stakeholders to focus on their key activities while identifying opportunities to provide the best experience to them. Ensures that technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes. Scales expertise for future efforts and constantly streamlining and/or upgrading processes. Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information. Establish and maintain strong partnership with internal Finance colleagues as well as Business Partners as required. May lead planning activities and balance planning simplifications with robust, fit for purpose information. May lead or support financial closing activities. Understands and lives the Finance Framework, mindset and behaviours.

The Opportunity: Early in Career Finance Program
Regional Finance Development Program identifies top early-in-career talent and accelerates their development across LatAm countries and across different parts of the business, enabling them to be key contributors to our company’s ambition and purpose, “Doing now what patients need next”. Recognizing the central importance of experiential learning and development, Regional Finance Development Program provides a platform to strengthen a broad regional network and to gain experience and skills in different areas that will be vital for a career in Finance. We want you to reach your full potential by stretch assignments, doing four to five rotations in different exciting roles. You will be part of transforming Finance and making it ready for the future.

The opportunity to build skills and capabilities across Finance in a variety of functions in LATAM, roles, projects and locations during a 2 to 2.5 years time period. From Affiliate to Roche Services & Solutions (RSS), from Pharmaceuticals to Diagnostics. Post program, you are fully empowered to assess opportunities and decide on your further career with Roche.
