- Collaborate closely with Regional Presidents to develop, implement, and track key operating initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to regional and branch leadership, providing clear and concise analysis of monthly financial performance.
- Own the development and tracking of branch-level operating KPIs and related strategic initiatives.
- Operate as strategic business partner for regional Mergers & Acquisitions, ensuring execution of integration plan and tracking post-close.
- Proactively identify risks and define and implement strategies to prevent profitability leakage or non-compliance.
- Lead and coordinate intra-Region network optimization plans, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing efficiency.
- Manage the budget and tracking of capital expenditure investment cases, from initial proposal through post-implementation performance analysis.
- Partner effectively with FP&A, accounting and shared services teams to ensure consistent financial compliance across the region.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- 3+ years finance or operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with warehousing, distribution, and logistics is preferred
Overview
Imperial Dade is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Regional Finance Manager to partner with our Central Region President and drive operational excellence across our organization. We are open to candidates based in Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, or St. Louis.This opportunity is ideal for 2025 MBA graduates with prior professional experience.
Our base salary can range from $150-160K.
