      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct concurrent review of inpatient medical records
      - Identify opportunities for improving physician documentation
      - Interact with physicians and healthcare team to facilitate modifications to clinical documentation
      - Ensure complete and accurate medical records to support coding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Nursing degree
      - Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
      - Minimum of 5 years of inpatient, acute care experience
      - Excellent observation skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication
      - Proficiency in organization, planning, and computer usage
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and private payer regulations preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CDI experience preferred
      - Neonatal ICU experience highly preferred
      - Critical care nursing experience in an acute hospital preferred
