Job Description

- Provide financial reporting and insightful commentary on business performance to key stakeholders
- Work closely with and assist local markets on monitoring monthly results while performing R&O analysis for total Americas region
- Provide financial modelling for ad-hoc scenario analysis to support long-term growth and strategic brand goals
- Assist in the allocation process for Americas region to ensure alignment with brand strategy, optimizing stock levels, and maximizing profit margin
- Support the regional budget and rolling forecast process through partnership with global BUs and local finance teams across Americas markets
- Assist Regional FP&A Manager to issue clear guidance and communication on business priorities and strategies in preparation of annual performance review and 3 year planning process
- Collaborate with regional marketing team on brand investment reporting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Coordinate with operations team on new product development updates, allocation management, and allocation reconciliation monthly including forecast and budget submissions
- Understand pricing structures across Americas markets and identify opportunities to optimize margin while ensuring alignment with global pricing and brand strategy
- Provide forecasting support including checks for costs, pricing, exceptions, and logic in system
- Understand planning system inputs to provide coverage across the region and provide recommendations to improve processes ·
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance or related field required
- 5-6 years of FP&A experience with proven track-record working in finance/accounting analysis
- Experience in Spirits/adult beverage industry preferred but not required
- Previous background experience in Finance or Accounting required
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required; strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Power BI is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Cognos and SAP systems is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skill with ability to utilize data to bring insight and make recommendations to business
- Ability to confidently interact across functions and markets, understanding their key requirements and tailoring financial data to suit needs
- Ability to understand market dynamics and clearly articulate strategic priorities for the business from both a finance & commercial perspective
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics
- Ability to work under pressure and capable of managing numerous work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic, high pressure environment
- Located in the NY Metro Area

Compensation
$84,000 - $126,000
Position Summary
The Regional FP&A analyst will report to the Americas’ Regional FP&A Manager and partner with local markets in evaluating current business performance while identifying future opportunities with recommendations to drive improvements. This role will partner closely with local markets and various regional functions and ensure alignment across the business functions and synergy across Americas markets.
