Job Description:

As a Regional Director of Health Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational excellence of our Assisted Living and Memory Care departments across multiple communities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for efficient operations and exceptional care.
• Training and supporting staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and increase revenue while managing expenses effectively.
• Overseeing relationships with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Collaborating with Corporate Leaders and community Executive Directors to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
• Maintaining involvement with industry-related organizations and staying informed about industry trends and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid RN License.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the senior living or elder care industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
