What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Interior Designers and Merchandising Manager in all functions
- Develop model specification packages in CAD
- Coordinate delivery and installation of model homes
- Work with Merchandising Manager and Interior Designers to create interior model palettes
- Coordinate vendor invoices for processing and payment with accounting departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1) year of Interior Design background preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Arts degree preferred
- Valid and unrestricted Motor Vehicle License required
- Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint on Macintosh platform preferred
- Experience in purchasing and/or accounting preferred
