      Company Description

      Regional Manager Position for a NAPA Auto Parts store group based in Amarillo, TX. We are an independent group of NAPA auto parts stores with five locations in three states. We are parts professionals who serve professional purchaser and installer of parts in the commercial, heavy duty fleet and industrial segments of the automotive and industrial aftermarket. Market managers are responsible for the overall performance and success of the team in the market with special emphasis on 1) Growing sales 2) Recruiting, training and retaining team members and 3) Operational excellence of store functions.

      Job Description

      This position is for the regional manager that will be based in Amarillo, TX, but also will work with other managers in our store group to grow key customer relationships and corresponding sales and also train and ensure operational excellence at the store level in our markets. We are looking for a long term career minded parts professional who can lead a team to success with demonstrated prior success in growing sales. There will be some regional travel between Amarillo, TX to Liberal, KS averaging one night a week on the road .

      Qualifications

      Ideal candidates for this position should have ten or more years prior experience in the automotive parts or heavy duty truck parts sales markets and preferably have prior demonstrated management and sales experience. Prior NAPA experience will be heavily preferred.
