- Develop a strategic vision and tactical plan to direct market share profitably
- Monitor and evaluate market performance and industry trends
- Identify opportunities and produce recommendations using data interpretation
- Build strong relationships with underwriting, distribution, and actuarial teams
- Present regular comprehensive updates on market performance to key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive applicable experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-line property and casualty insurance
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Solid capacity in data synthesis, analysis, and visualization
- Strong capabilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
