      Job Description & Summary

      We are looking for a bold, creative and tech-forward Marketing and Communications Senior Associate to join our team. Building on market insights and fueled by cutting-edge technology, you’ll play a central role in shaping and executing our marketing and communications strategies. Together, we’ll deliver impactful campaigns, events and programmes that create meaningful connections.

      Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Leader, you’ll work closely with diverse teams to build trust and develop innovative solutions.

      You'll also :

      • Drive the execution of a data-informed, integrated markets strategy focused on achieving key business priorities .

      • Deliver across the marketing and brand spectrum, including digital and social media marketing, effective internal and external communications, public relations strategies and standout client events and sponsorships .

      • Plan, coordinate and manage events such as conferences, webcasts and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring flawless execution while meeting strict brand standards .

      • Collaborate on content updates for our website, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

      • Support the firms’ employer brand strategy through recruitment campa igns, including LinkedIn and other platform advertising, to interest and retain top talent.

      • W ork with creative and design teams to develop visually appealing marketing collateral and content, including photography and video as well as print assets and other advertising and marketing material .

      • P rovide guidance and help to develop and support internal firm communications and knowledge management .

      • H elp to coordinate and report on corporate responsibility engagements .

      • C ontribute to the development of a market s culture that drives revenue for the business .

      • Proactively m anage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the operations of the function run smoothly.

      Capabilities / Skills Required

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced , high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

      • Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data from marketing platforms to inform and drive strategy and actions .

      • Proficiency in digital and social media marketing with a keen eye for trends and opportunities.

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for impactful storytelling and meaningful connections.

      • Proven capabilities in project management and fluency in project management platforms ( e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday.com)

      • Experience with marketing and communications platforms and technologies

      • A creative, questioning and innovative mind, able to solve problems in unexpected ways.

      Education Level ( minimum requirement plus any additional desirable qualifications):

      • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines

      Minimum years experience required

      • Mini mum 2 years work experience in a relevant role, ideally within financial services or a similar environment

      • Expe rience of working with international organisations across multiple geographies will be an asset.

      • Travel time is expected to meet firm event execution 0 10 %.
