      We are looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, which includes operations in North America and Europe. Essity is the world's leading B2B supplier of tissue paper, which is marketed under the Tork brand. Our end customers are primarily found in commercial properties, offices, industry, hotels & restaurants, healthcare, public sector as well as facility service and cleaning.

      About the Role

      In this role you will develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial and Healthcare Segments in Region North in line with Business Unit guidelines. Furthermore, you will work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish an optimal plan for the segment and end customer development. Together with the product team you will also be responsible for securing launch events on regional and country level.

      You will report to the Segment Marketing Director for the Commercial Segment and you will be responsible for two segments in the region , Commercial and Healthcare . The role does carry the need for periodic domes tic and international travel (20-30%) and is located in our main hub in the North region, Gothenburg , Sweden.

      What You Will Do

      In this position, you will d evelop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial and healthcare segments in line with Professional Hygiene and Tork guidelines . Y ou will also d efine route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development as well as gather end customer market data, needs, trends; select, dr ive and follow up on work with regional/local associations . Additionally , you will m anage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing .

      • Together with product team, take responsibility for securing launch events on regional and/or country level

      • Select and organize end-customer trade shows to deliver Return On Investment

      • Lead generation activities by driving, validating and following up activities

      • As the regional segment subject matter expert, conduct segment training to sales and other colleagues

      • Implement ROI model and KPI´s, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions when needed

      • Relevant University degree

      • At least 5+ years experience in marketing , ideally in

      • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and preferrably one Nordic language.

      • Experienced and co mfortable in working digitally and with remote stakeholders

      • Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills within a fast-paced international environment with colleagues sit uat ed in multiple countries

      • Negotiating, influencing and networking skills

      • Leadership skills in terms of gaining alignment and fostering team spirit in a matrix organization and driving large, intercultural projects

      • Project management skills

      • Experience in Sales is desirable
