  You can contribute to the future of the agriculture industry by becoming a Regional Marketing Manager with Viterra. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you are accountable for the development and management of region results including the achievement of related business results for grain and customer management. You are also accountable for achieving a balance between profitability, market-share, and customer service goals.

  The ideal candidate:

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum eight (8) years of demonstrated successful experience in the areas of grain procurement. Three (3) years of this experience must have been in a mentorship or management capacity, and a post-secondary degree in Agriculture or Commerce.
  • To be successful. you must have the ability assess risk and exercise sound judgement in making decision. Ability to coach, motivate and develop people in their role and through their career path, and understand the difference between management and leadership of a team, with the ability to demonstrate both.
  • The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of global grain markets and be familiar with grain industry regulations and policies.
