      This is a temporary 12- month term position.

      Do you have an eye for detail? Do you have excellent analytical skills? If so, we are currently looking for a Regional Maximo Analyst who will provide local technical support and training on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), prepare essential reports and metrics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance management. As a key member of the local maintenance group, you will ensure new assets are entered into Maximo and the accurate maintenance plan is applied, conversely when assets need to be removed from service or retired.

      What you will do:

      • Responsible for tackling work you're leading and support Operational objectives, with focus on Maximo Support. Also responsible for providing support to other Liquid Pipelines work groups/departments by participating in the development of new business workflow processes, standards and implementing them in Maximo System.

      • Provide technical Maximo user support including answering routine application questions, assisting with data entry solutions, writing and distribution of custom user reports and building application tools for users.

      • Promote the consistencies of cross regional operations practices and encourage communications and uses of standard procedures for supported areas.

      • Maintain Region’s preventative maintenance module in Maximo as identified by Enbridge technical committees (i.e., Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), PLM Technical Committee, and Terminal Operations Committee).

      • Perform maintenance audits in Maximo to ensure accurate maintenance is applied, Functional Tag Numbering System’s and location hierarchies are used, accurate job plans (investigate job plans, what equipment applies, involves online research, equipment research, tech/supervisor engagement, specialist engagement), are applied to correct areas etc. (involves using Liquid Pipelines Drawing Management System, working with various drawing Engineering Information Management, Maintenance Management Services working groups, extensive searches in Maximo. Analyzing lists and cross comparing locations/assets/PMs.

      • Assist Maintenance Management Services in cleaning up project data and job plan migrations; Ad hoc asset verification requests: Changing downtime, hours requests, Job plans, PMs, Loss reference codes etc.

      • Generate adhoc reports as requested.

      • Undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to 5-year driving record and criminal check.

      Who you are:

      • Post-secondary diploma or certificate or 3 years of related experience.

      • Strong computer skills, (Microsoft Word and Excel Programs.)

      • Role requires a valid driver’s license, which will be verified with a driver’s abstract check prior to hire.

      • Preferred experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo, SQL database.)

      Working Condition:

      • Office environment – 90%, Field work and travel within region – 10%.

      • Infrequent travels outside region.

      • Flexibility required handling work priorities, corporate training priorities, field schedules and incidents.
