      Salary:
      $175,000- $215,000 per year

      This is to oversee 4 SNF's totalling 500 beds in the Detroit area.

      We're looking for similar experience with good references

      Responsibilities:
      - Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead planning processes to develop goals for quality care, employee retention, and financial performance.
      - Staff Development: Direct hiring and training of personnel, provide support and training to assigned facilities on MDS software and RAI process.
      - Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets for approval by Regional Management, ensure accountability of all departments.
      - Community Engagement: Represent facility at community meetings, promote programs through various news media.

      Requirements:
      - Licensure: Current Michigan Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for reciprocity.
      - Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
      - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long-term care facility.
      - Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
