      Regional OneSource Hearing Director

      The Regional Director w ill facilitate revenue growth for both Sonova and One Source Hearing (OSH) Members by utilizing consultative strategies to develop innovative and individualized plans.

      Responsibilities:

      • Identify and develop new business opportunities
      • Manage full sales cycle that includes pricing negotiations to increase share of wallet
      • Build relationships with members, suppliers, partners, and vendors to increase market awareness
      • Lead the revenue growth in each region through partnerships and sales leadership
      • Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation
      • Help to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them
      • Work with members to establish meaningful key performance indicators and develop strategic actionable plans to achieve the goals
      • Create and monitor sales funnel for target accounts
      • Travel up to 50% (some overnights)

      More about you:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
      • Prior franchise operations experience highly preferred
      • 3+ years of previous Hearing / Dental / Vision practice management experience
      • 2+ years of business consulting experience
      • Ability to build internal and external partnership for customer acquisition to develop a robust and sustainable opportunity funnel
      • Experience with CRM systems (salesforce.com preferred)
      • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

      This role's pay range is between: $120,000-175,000 (this may vary based on location, cost of living, and experience) . This role is also commission eligible.
