Job Summary
· Drive North America sales team to achieve design win targets
· Collaborate with North America sales to effectively promote Automotive MCU HW+SW solutions to customers
· Develop and maintain strong presentation materials including clear value proposition and competitive advantages
· Effectively tailor messaging to customer stakeholders across engineering, purchasing and software teams
· Consolidate market feedback and synthesize into roadmap inputs for HW and SW product managers
Key Challenges
· Communicate internally and externally at various levels of management
· Develop and maintain expertise on hardware and software features, benefits and performance
· Demonstrate clear and credible knowledge of NXP competitive advantages
· Develop technical expertise in key target applications to establish thought leadership
Cross Functional Aspects
· Lead cross-functional team including sales plus applications and systems engineering to remove barriers to customer adoption of NXP Automotive MCU solutions
· Drive increased mindshare in North America sales team on Automotive MCU solutions
· Collaborate with commercial marketing on pricing strategies to maximize margin
Job Qualifications
·3- 5 years experience in semiconductor, Tier1, or OEM in product marketing, sales, or customer-facing role
· 3-5 years experience in automotive MCU hardware and software
· Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering required
· Excellent customer facing presentation and communication skills
· Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required

· Austin, TX or Detroit (Novi), MI area
