      The Regional Program Manager is a key position within the Supported Independent Living department. This position is responsible for the direct support and supervision of assigned individual programs including maintaining a healthy emotional and physical environment, ensuring that the unique needs and desires of each person are met, and helping each person achieve their greatest potential. You will represent the needs of those we serve to the agency,and ensure that the services provided meet the individual needs of each consumer to ensure KenCrest philosophy and values are carried out at the program level, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and agency guidelines.


      This is a hybrid role, with in office expectations of at least 1 day per week at our 930 Harvest Drive office and other days as assigned by the hiring manager. This position requires frequent travel to on-site location(s) in Pottstown, Quakertown and Lansdale area(s).


      Job Duties Include :

      · Act as mentor and role model for direct support staff.

      · Attend staff meetings to disseminate information, discuss issues, and act as mediator, and offer support and team-building resolution to the issues where applicable.

      · Serve as a resource for implementation of activities aimed at identified consumer outcomes.

      · Implement agency policies and procedures, including those on Personnel, Behavior Management, Disciplinary Guidelines, Vehicle Safety, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, and other medical policies/procedures.

      · Support family and friend relationships, where desired.

      · Ensure the accurate and appropriate flow of communication to Community Connection Supervisors, Outcome Champions and department leadership as necessary.

      · Attend department meetings or other meetings as required.

      · Attend training as deemed necessary by agency and department leadership for skill enhancement and professional growth.

      • Assist individuals with implementation of the outcomes and action steps outlined in the ISP.
      • Assist individuals and support team with development of the Annual Assessment, including providing information for skills assessments.
      • Participate in the development of supports to make service delivery efficient and consistent, and appropriate (i.e. schedule management, completion of Outcome Progress Notes, maintenance of Program Book).
      • Maintain and/or complete, fire safety records, Support with medical visits including scheduling, providing transportation and communication with medical personnel as needed.
      • Completion of documentation for medical visits and follow up and updates to nursing liaison as needed.
      • Collaboration with Clinical and Enabling Technology departments as needed.
      • Assist participant with managing budgeting, reviewing and managing finances.
      • Participate in on-call rotation.
      • Manage emergencies and traveling on site as needed.
      • Analyze data to help the Supported Independent Living department make informed decisions.
      • Identify opportunities for improvement in essential functions and Duties.
      • Present ideas for improvement to supervisor for approval to implement.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related work experience. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, required
      • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record, required
      • Clear criminal record, background checks and drug test in accordance with state requirements, required
      • Strong Communication skills, required
