      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct property operations to achieve strategic and budget objectives, optimizing CNOI and NOI
      - Recruit, hire, train, and manage property personnel to ensure high performance
      - Conduct financial analysis and report operating results to Senior Management monthly
      - Develop and execute marketing plans for properties to enhance visibility and performance
      - Supervise Team Leaders to maximize portfolio performance and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree required
      - 7-10 years of multi-family/multi-site experience
      - Experience with Market Rate Apartments is required; CPM is recommended
      - Strong language, math, reasoning, and computer skills, including MS Office and property management software like Yardi
      - Commitment to ongoing professional development and training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing brand new properties under lease-up
      - Ability to effectively present to groups, including employees and vendors
      - Knowledge of fair housing regulations and property management best practices
