What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day property management at multiple locations within a region
- Coordinate and prioritize regular maintenance, repairs, and cleaning for all assigned locations
- Manage and prepare agreements and leases for resident members and university partnerships
- Develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services
- Lead and support the property management team in budget management and facility improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in residence life, property management, or leasing
- Bachelor's degree in project management, higher education, business, or a related field preferred
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work cooperatively with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Membership in Alpha Gamma Delta or another Greek organization
- Knowledge of Greek letter organizations and their operations
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
