What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years minimum experience in a technical/quality leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and other similar standards
- Metrics-driven with excellent decision-making skills
- Proficient in common business, testing, and certification applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or other continuous improvement certifications desirable
