What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors/Supervisors, Executive Directors, Assistant VP of Operations, and the Clinical Compliance team to address clinical quality and compliance concerns
- Conduct routine weekly chart audits and document findings to ensure compliance for inspections/surveys
- Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation, including treatment notes, treatment plans, and level of care assessments
- Provide oversight of clinical documentation and feedback to the clinical team and other relevant departments
- Assess clinical competency of licensed and unlicensed clinicians and monitor services for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field
- Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of behavioral health and complex conditions
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Strong ethical responsibility and commitment to professional readiness

- Experience in a similar healthcare-related role as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative
