What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain proactive relationships with payers, providers, and purchasing decision makers
- Track payer/provider trends and integrate feedback into business planning
- Educate customers on reimbursement landscape and develop solutions for barriers
- Assist with provider health policy and reimbursement challenges
- Support national field sales organization in executing therapy access strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Must be available to travel less than 10% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in business, healthcare, health policy, or related field
- 6-7 years of medical device coding, coverage, and payment reimbursement experience
- Experience developing and implementing strategic relationships with key influencers
- Knowledge of negotiating payer/provider contracts
- Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships
