      Job Title: Regional Sales Director

      Location: New England

      Report to: CEO

      Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing all operations/sales/profitability of the center, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the team, carrying out corporate initiatives and goals, protecting the integrity of the level of service customers receive, and tracking projects in their area in order to achieve the commercial development.

      Roles & Responsibility:

      • Grow sales and distribution of all the affiliated companies’ product lines in your area.
      • Fabricator regional relationship management and customer satisfaction.
      • National Account relationships and compliance.
      • Analysis, positioning, and executing in the builder, retailer, and commercial market segments.
      • Marketing and co-advertising based on region for all brands with corporate coordination.
      • Focus promotional efforts on point of purchase displays, vignettes, and samples.
      • Coordination and alignment of branch personnel to ensure they are performing their duties.
      • Accounting / Collections – Timely booking and reconciliation of accounts.
      • Warehouse organization and best efforts to comply with best practices and safety measures.
      • Manage, maximize, and protect Hyundai assets.
      • Responsible for creating and adhering to yearly budget as it relates to expenses and revenue.
      • Penetrate assigned geographic area with all Hyundai products.
      • Define the strategies, priorities, and frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.)
      • Maximize synergies between commercial and promotional opportunities.
      • Manage sales zones and their proper allocation balancing between workloads and business potential.
      • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the results of the center: degree of achievement of the planned goals (billing, overall efficiency, profitability by product, contained commercial segment, exposure outlets, etc.)
      • Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc.
      • Manage the relationship with independent local distributors assigned to the center
      • Track competitor activity.
      • Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
      • Ensure that the sales team performs tasks properly reporting and updating data systems.
      • Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced at the center.
      • Be proactive in asking for help and communicating with CEO and CFO
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Skills & Experience:

      • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
      • Demonstrated leadership and vison in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
      • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively as needed.
      • Ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
      • Budget development and oversight experience.
      • High comfort level working in diverse environments including office, showroom, warehouse, and factory, among others.
      • Ability to travel, domestic and internationally
      • Minimum of 7-10 years’ work experience.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
      • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
      • Strong planning, organizational and negotiation skills,
      • Knowledge of distribution processes and how they related to cost and process efficiencies.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred

      Physical Requirements:

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Requires ability to safely operate an automobile.

      Work Environment:

      • Must have valid driver license with clean driving record
      • Job requires driving company vehicle 80% of time to customers within territory
      • Some overnight travel may be required depending on business needs
