Responsibilities
1. Sales & Solutioning
Market analysis and building the sales strategy
Build solution around HCL Software Products and create GTM motion with them
Managing the sales Cycle from Demand creation to post-sales support
Coordinate with the Tech Advisors, PS Team, PM, PE teams
Collaborate with Client Directors, Business Partner team and larger ecosystems for business build
2. Sales Operations
Create Market Demand and close the Sales Cycle
Tracking Opportunities and deal forecasting.
Maintaining operations Data updated and reporting.
Create Thought Leadership positions
Supporting various teams around opportunities
Budgeting and business forecasting
Managing Customer visits for HCL Software
Coordination with Geo Leaders
Reporting and maintaining CRM
3. Marketing Enablement
Collaborate with Marketing teams across
Market research on Trends, Price matrix
Competition tracking
Requirements
12+ years in Tech+ software sales Execution Model in the US
Experience in a market leadership position
Experience in creating and managing Partner Channel
5+ years' experience with Security Software Products GTM Strategy & Execution
Managing direct C suites Interactions
Demonstrated Creativity and aptitude for Lateral/ Out of the Box thinking
Excellent articulation, verbal and writing skills
Experience with research, analysis, propositioning
