      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in strategic management of the agency plant and drive sales strategy for profitable growth in the assigned territory
      - Hire, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Sr. Sales Executives to achieve regional goals
      - Analyze regional market and distribution channels, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities
      - Facilitate the identification of prospects, negotiating, appointing, and closing agencies with Sales Executives
      - Conduct regular business meetings to communicate information and solicit input from staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of eight years of professional sales experience within the Insurance Industry
      - A minimum of three years of management experience
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred
      - Valid driver's license
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
