      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives focused on public sector sales in Canada
      - Drive new business for Workday by orchestrating internal teams for deal engagement
      - Position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice for public sector clients
      - Cultivate relationships with partners and alliances to enhance sales opportunities
      - Maintain accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of field sales management experience in a SaaS company, with additional 10+ years as a field sales representative
      - Extensive public sector experience
      - Experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
      - Experience managing complex public sector sales cycles with successful revenue attainment
      - Leadership experience in a team selling environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs
      - Experience pulling together different business units to maximize on sales
      - Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain accurate forecasting data
