      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with multifamily and single-family housing clients to drive sales
      - Forecast projects and large volume opportunities while evaluating customer service models
      - Conduct product knowledge presentations for end users, dealers, and architects/designers
      - Create and execute effective business plans for strategic partnerships and targeted accounts
      - Influence and train sales staff on product knowledge to enhance overall business performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
      - Strong entrepreneurial attitude with a competitive spirit
      - Excellent communication, collaboration, and persuasive skills
      - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, with attention to detail and planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launching products at key accounts
      - Ability to identify sales trends and develop actionable business insights
      - Previous involvement in trade shows and local networking events
      - Willingness to travel overnight (50%-75%) for business purposes
