What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and coach a diverse team of 8-10 Clinical Sales Specialists
- Achieve regional sales goals and targets through strategic planning and execution
- Provide feedback on sales and marketing strategies to improve business outcomes
- Monitor regional expense budgets for compliance and resource optimization
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and thought leaders to support business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of experience leading a pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales team
- Must demonstrate knowledge of reimbursement and healthcare environment trends
- Proven track record of exceeding financial and qualitative goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cardiology and/or rheumatology strongly preferred
- Rare disease experience strongly preferred
- Experience with injectables is preferred
- Experience with specialty pharmacy and HUB dynamics for patient access is a must
- Experience in marketing, sales operations, or other support functions is a plus
